A session aimed at staff that may be required to carry out performance management to give them the skills to ensure consistency in applying performance management within the business. The course will help managers and team leaders recognise their role and contribution to effectively manage performance at work.

  • Effective reviews and monitoring of performance.
  • The formal capability process.
