The brief
As new business owners with ambitious growth plans, Hoop quickly appointed a qualified accountant. However their expansion plans meant their business doubling in size every 12 months, so they wanted to ensure they chose an accountancy practice that could support their growth and offer much needed guidance.
Our Approach
As with many of our clients, the immediate time-saving benefits of a fully outsourced service including bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, auto enrolment and management accounts is experienced from the moment it is deployed. Hoop had a big vision, so we knew how important a good working relationship and visibility of accounts was going to be. As part of systemising Hoop’s accounting system, we introduced Xero, allowing the team to view real-time financial data in an instant. Hoop are no longer involved in day-to-day accounting tasks, and our relationship is built on trust and support. We host structured quarterly management meetings with the team to keep them updated and review progress at regular intervals.
