Lucy-Ann Thomas
Lucy-Ann, one of EST’s HR Officers, once had her head in the clouds – literally. She spent 26 years in the airline industry, going from cabin crew looking after hundreds of passengers to Regional Manager looking after hundreds of crew members. She joined the team in March 2017 after EST bought out the company she worked for. Since then, she’s found our work environment to be both professional and lovely – the perfect combination. Lucy-Ann helps all sorts of businesses solve their ‘people pickles’ and she’s on track to become a fully qualified HR Consultant. In the downtime hours, Lucy-Ann loves to cook (we’ve heard she can do much better than the airlines can), watch live music, and make sure her family are kept happy!
