Deborah Jones
Debbie is one of EST’s HR Consultants and has been working in the profession since the mid-90s, so you can be sure she knows what she’s doing. Her background is in retail and manufacturing organisations, up to strategic level, and she brings an impressive track record for designing and implementing projects which deliver high performance improvements into the office. Debbie particularly likes to help leaders and managers up the ante with their people management to achieve high performance across the board and she’s not interested in traditional methods where innovative ones are required. Outside the office, you’ll either find Debbie on a squash court, behind a camera lens, at the theatre, engrossed in a book, or feasting!
