Kate Matthews
Kate is HR director at EST and heads up the HR division. She’s a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has worked in the HR arena for many years, both at board level for other companies as well as running her own HR consultancy. This gives her a unique insight into her client’s issues, because she’s been on their side. She revels in a job well done and will fight tooth and painted fingernail to help her clients get the best outcome possible. Away from work, Kate loves to spend time with family. When not with her daughters, she loves eating out with good company and a glass of bubbly.
