The brief
Depot was initially looking for a firm to provide year-round accountancy services. However, as the business grew, its requirements developed, so it also needed wider ad-hoc advice on a range of professional issues.
Our Approach
Like many businesses operating in the entertainment and hospitality industry, Depot’s core business is providing outstanding consumer experiences. Depot needed a responsive and adaptable HR and accountancy partner that could provide a range of services, from month-to-month bookkeeping to year-end compliance. Alongside this, we provided all VAT, payroll, auto-enrolment and tax advice services. As the firm grew – adding to its portfolio of sell-out events and growing its staff headcount – its HR needs also expanded. We now provide ongoing, ad-hoc advice on a range of employment and HR issues. We also supported Depot’s bids for asset finance to facilitate new collaborative ventures, such as its recent Depot in the Castle family festival.
